Fabio Resnati

He holds a degree in economics and business administration from Bocconi University in Milan and has been a member of the Milan Register of Certified Public Accountants since 1992 and the Register of Statutory Auditors since 1995.

He has over 30 years of experience in statutory and voluntary audits, auditing projects funded by national and international donors, supporting M&A transactions, conducting anti-fraud investigations, and assisting in insolvency proceedings. He serves as a technical consultant to the judge and the public prosecutor for the Court of Milan.

Since 1994, he has served on boards of statutory auditors. Since 2007, he has been a member of the Supervisory Board at leading companies. He is Vice President of the Italian Association of Certified Public Accountants.

He has served as a speaker on auditing topics for numerous organizations and institutions.
