Baker Tilly Italy assist Deton in sale of its share capital to Lepore Mare

Baker Tilly Italia Legal assisted French-owned company Deton Italia in the sale of its entire share capital to Lepore Mare, an Italian company specializing in the production and wholesale marketing of fresh, frozen and packaged fish products. 

The legal team was led by managing partner Letizia Guidi supported by associates Carmen Dinnella and Giovanni Querzani.

The financial and M&A strategy aspects of the transaction were managed by the team headed by Baker Tilly Corporate Finance partner Federico Forchielli.
