Lorenzo Ardoino

Lorenzo Ardoino assists companies, corporate groups and investors with extraordinary transactions, M&A processes, and financial and accounting advisory services.

His practice focuses on financial due diligence, business valuations, expert opinions, consolidated financial statements, international accounting standards and management control. He adopts an integrated approach that combines tax, corporate, accounting and financial expertise.

Lorenzo supports clients across the analysis, planning and execution stages of acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations and growth transactions, helping them assess key economic and financial drivers and define reporting and control tools to support business decision-making.

He is a Chartered Accountant registered with the Register of Chartered Accountants of Genoa and holds a Master’s Degree in “Administration, Finance and Control” from the University of Genoa, where he graduated with highest honours.
