Filippo Bongiovanni

lawyer registered with the Milan Bar Association, he specializes in public contracts, with particular reference to PPP (Public-Private Partnership) operations and administrative liability of entities under Legislative Decree 231/2001. He has held senior leadership roles for over a decade in in-house companies and organizations within the Lombardy Region, including General Manager of Aria S.p.A., Finlombarda S.p.A., Infrastrutture Lombarde S.p.A., ARCA S.p.A., and Eupolis Lombardia.

He also directed the Central Directorate for Legal Affairs, Controls, Institutional Relations, and Corruption Prevention, which includes the Regional Legal Office of the Lombardy Region, and held managerial positions at the Province of Lodi. He served for 26 years in the Guardia di Finanza (Italian Financial Police).

He holds degrees in Law and Economics, has engaged in academic activities and teaching as a scholar of tax law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Brescia, and has conducted training courses for public administration employees.
