Donato Spagna provides professional consulting services in tax and accounting matters, as well as assistance in pre-litigation tax disputes, and is also involved in Tax and Financial Due Diligence activities.

Former Non-Commissioned Officer of the Italian Finance Police (Guardia di Finanza), mainly engaged in audit activities at both national and international level, he has gained significant experience in the tax and currency fields.

Holds two master’s degrees with honors in Administration, Finance and Control and in Law. He earned a Master’s degree in European Project Management at the Wyzsza Szkola Gospodarki Euroregionalnej in Warsaw, Poland. Currently registered as a trainee with the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts, as well as with the Register of Legal Auditors.
