Donato Spagna

Donato Spagna provides advisory services to domestic and international companies and groups on tax and corporate matters. He also assists clients in managing pre-litigation tax disputes and is involved in Tax and Financial Due Diligence engagements, as well as in Merger & Acquisition (M&A) transactions.

A former Non-Commissioned Officer of the Italian Financial Police (Guardia di Finanza), he was primarily engaged in audit and inspection activities at both domestic and international level, gaining significant expertise in tax and foreign exchange matters.

He graduated with honors in Business Administration, Finance and Control and in Law. He also obtained a Master's degree in European Project Management from the Wyzsza Szkola Gospodarki Euroregionalnej in Warsaw, Poland.

He is a member of the Order of Chartered Public Accountants in Genoa.
