Alessio Albanese

Alessio Albanese focuses on ordinary and extraordinary tax, corporate, and accounting consulting. He also specializes in business valuations, appraisals, tax and financial due diligence, and compliance for mutual funds and institutional investors.

He has gained significant experience in tax and corporate advisory, previously working for the Big Four firms, and has held numerous positions as statutory auditor, auditor, liquidator, and director of joint-stock and limited liability companies. He has also served on study committees at the Association of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Genoa and participated in several international tax meetings and working groups.

A graduate of the University of Genoa with a master's degree in "Economics and Management of Financial Intermediaries," he has been registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Genoa since 2014, as well as with the Register of Auditors at the Ministry of Finance.
