Corporate M&A - Baker Tilly WCT in the acquisition of CPS Analitica by Calibre Scientific
With a team led by partner Maurizio Cerrano, Baker Tilly WCT assisted Calibre Scientific in tax due diligence aspects during the acquisition of CPS Analitica, a Milan-based company operating in the field of consumables for chromatography. For the California-based company, owned by the StoneCalibre investment fund, this represents the first acquisition in the Italian market.
