CEO and International Business Leader​

Turin

Graduated in Economics in Turin. After a brief experience at Fiat, he began his career as an Auditor at Arthur Young, which he continued at Baker Tilly where he was appointed partner in 1993.

He was Vice President of Assirevi and member of the board of Baker Tilly International. He currently holds the role of Chief Executive Officer of Baker Tilly Revisa and maintains direct responsibility for relations with the network.

Languages: Italian, English and Spanish.

Luciano Boraso

After obtaining a degree in Economics at the University of Turin and working in a firm of Chartered Accountants, he began his activity as an Auditor at Arthur Andersen & Co. in Turin.

In Baker Tilly Revisa S.p.a he has been a partner since 1997 and Chairman of the Board of Directors since 2016. Formerly a member of the Government Commission "Agenzia per le ONLUS" for the establishment of the Standard Budget and Accounting Principles for the Third Sector and currently a member of the Commission for the Third Sector in Assirevi.

Carlo Brunetta

Holds a degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan and a Masters in Finance and Business Administration (CFO Master) from the University of Udine. He began his career at Arthur Andersen & Co, then at Ernst and Young.

In 2000, he became a partner and director of Re.Bi. S. Srl. At Baker Tilly Revisa is head and partner of the Pordenone office. He is a member of Assirevi's Quality and Forensic Services Commission.

Lucia Caciagli

Florence

 

Holds a degree in Economics from the Catholic University of Milan and is registered in the Register of Statutory Auditors. She began her career as an auditor at Arthur Andersen & Co. in Milan. She then worked at Bompani Audit until she became partner in charge of the Florence office at Baker Tilly Revisa.

Lucia has developed particular knowledge in various sectors, in particular the financial, mechanical industrial and public services sectors, actively participating in study projects and in-depth study of accounting principles, in particular local public utility sectors, such as the public transport sector, the water and waste sector.

Nicola Fiore

After completing studies in Economics and Corporate Finance, after a brief experience in an accountancy firm in Turin, he began his career in auditing at what is now Baker Tilly Revisa, of which he has been an attorney since 1999 and a partner since 2004.

He has gained significant experience in conducting due diligence and drafting opinions, appraisals and valuations concerning corporate finance transactions in various sectors. From 2005 to 2016 he was a member of the Assirevi Financial Services Commission and since 2016 he is a member of the Assirevi General Technical Commission.

Nicola also holds the position of technical manager of Baker Tilly Revisa.

Domenico Fuda

Partner

Bologna

He holds a degree in economics from the University of Bologna and is listed in the register of auditors. The head of the Bologna office, he has twenty years’ experience in auditing assignments of financial statements drawn up according to Italian accounting principles, IFRS, both of Italian companies and of Italian subsidiaries of multinational groups.

Domenico also specializes in auditing consolidated financial statements, appraisals, due diligence evaluations.

Pierpaolo Gallonetto

He graduated in Economics at the University of Verona. A qualified Chartered Accountant, he began his career in auditing at Deloitte & Touche, where he also gained 2 years’ international experience at the New York office.

Before joining Baker Tilly Revisa as head and partner of the Verona office, Pierpaolo held the position of financial administration manager in an important international group in the Veneto region.

Patrick Meran

He holds a master's degree in Management and Business Consulting from the University of Trento. Since September 2018 he has been a Partner in charge of the Bolzano office.

Patrick has significant national and international experience, particularly in the auditing of financial statements and reporting packages drawn up according to the international standards ITA-GAAP, German-GAAP, Swiss-GAAP, IFRS, of various types of industrial, commercial and service companies.

She graduated in Business Administration at Bocconi University in Milan. She is a Chartered Accountant, registered in the Register of the Order of Pordenone and in the Register of Statutory Auditors.

Partner of Baker Tilly Revisa spa since 2021, she previously gained over twenty years’ experience with another auditing firm, particularly in credit institutions and industrial and cooperative companies.

Davide Trinchero

Genoa

 

Partner in charge of the Genoa office, he holds a degree in Economics from the University of Genoa and is enrolled in the Register of Chartered Accountants of Genoa, as well as in the Register of Auditors.

Member of the Board of Directors and of the Advisory Commission of Assirevi. Vice-president of Baker Tilly Revisa SpA and responsible for the delegation of Human Resources and that of IT. He has extensive experience in both national and international auditing works.
